This model places the kitchen at the front of the home and the bathroom at the rear. The living area is in the center. Can sleep up to 6 with converted living for bedding. Three roof and siding options, or custom design as well.
Bathroom:
Measures 7’-10” and includes composting toilet, 36” corner shower, 24” full height linen, bath fan, 7’-10” vanity cabinet and sink with 24” under counter washer/dryer combo.
Kitchen:
Measures 7’-10” by 7’-6” U shaped kitchen. Includes a quartz counter tops, 30” refrigerator, 30” sink, 30” four burner range and hood. Approximately 10’ of lower cabinet space with additional 42” upper cabinets.
Living:
Approximately 12’ of living and dining space centered in the tiny home. Stair ladders for loft access to allow for the most living space.
Loft:
Main loft is 7’-10” by 7’-6”
Option loft is 7’-3” by 7’-6”
Pricing for tiny’s are averaging $4,000 to $5,000 per lineal foot. Because we build custom or modified tiny homes, we will have to work through your specific design requirements to determine an exact price for your home.
