Smallest tiny house in our plans. Suited for one or two people and can sleep up to 4 with using converted dining for bedding.
Only one 6’-10” by 7’-6” loft option is available in the 20’ size.

Measures 4’-9” by 7’-6” and includes composting toilet, 32”x32” shower, bath fan, 27” vanity and 18” linen.
Kitchen:
24” refrigerator, approximately 6’-0” of 42” upper and 36” lower cabinets, quartz countertop with 20” sink and two burner cooktop.
72’ Stair/storage system.
Living:
Approximately 4’-9’ by 7’-6” living space. Option for foldable table and two side couches.
Pricing for tiny’s are averaging $4,000 to $5,000 per lineal foot. Because we build custom or modified tiny homes, we will have to work through your specific design requirements to determine an exact price for your home.
